Who provides the service

Yanselmask ("I", "the site") is the trade name under which Yansel offers custom software development and white label product licenses. You can reach me at [email protected].

Using the site

You may browse and read the content freely. You may not use the site for unlawful activity, try to access private areas, or overload the service.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secret and for any activity under it.

Custom services

Each project is agreed in writing: scope, timeline, price and payment terms. Anything not in that agreement is not part of the service.

White label licenses

A license gives you the right to use the product for the period and number of domains set by the chosen plan. It does not transfer ownership of the code or the product brand.

Licenses are personal and non-transferable unless agreed in writing. A license may be suspended or revoked if used outside the plan terms or if the payment is reversed.

Products validate their license against my server; offline, they keep working on the last stored validation for a limited time.

Prices and payments

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and Dominican pesos (DOP). The peso amount is calculated at the rate currently set on the site and frozen when your order is created. The summary before payment states exactly how much will be charged.

Refunds

If a charge is refunded, the associated license is revoked. To request a refund, write to me within 14 days of purchase and explain the reason.

Liability

Software is delivered with reasonable professional care, but I cannot guarantee it will run without interruption or errors. My total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service concerned.

Changes and governing law

I may update these terms; the current version and its date appear on this page. They are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.
