Booking and loyalty app for a barbershop: appointments in seconds, reminders and points per visit.
The challenge
The barbershop handled bookings by phone calls and messages. It wanted customers to book at any hour, see only truly free slots and have a reason to come back.
The solution
A Flutter app on the Fina platform in the barbershop's own look (black and gold): services with clear prices, extras, real availability even when two professionals serve one visit back to back, booking with summary and coupon, rescheduling and cancelling from the app, push and local reminders before each appointment, add-to-calendar and a points program with rewards earned by scanning the code at the counter.
